Audrey Maria Cadio is the visionary founder of Dream Paris Wedding, a premier luxury wedding planning agency celebrated for designing elegant and unforgettable celebrations in the heart of France. With over a decade of experience in the high-end wedding industry, Audrey began her career in Miami, FL in 2011 before expanding to Paris, where she launched Dream Paris Wedding in 2016.
Since its inception, Dream Paris Wedding has become synonymous with sophistication, bespoke service, and French refinement. Audrey’s deep understanding of both international and local clientele has positioned the agency as a trusted name for couples seeking a truly timeless and personalized Parisian wedding experience.
Under Audrey’s direction, Dream Paris Wedding continues to set the standard for luxury weddings in France, blending impeccable taste with flawless execution — and turning every celebration into a work of art.

Vanessa is the lead Wedding Planner and on-site Coordinator for Dream Paris Wedding, bringing over 10 years of experience in the luxury events industry. As a distinguished Vendor Relations Specialist, she plays a pivotal role in every celebration — managing planning logistics, directing day-of operations, and ensuring seamless communication between couples, vendors, and our team. Her deep expertise in building strong partnerships and negotiating exclusive terms allows her to secure the finest resources for each event, while maximizing value and maintaining the highest standards of excellence. Known for her precision, professionalism, and dedication, Vanessa is not only the point of contact throughout the planning process, but also a reassuring presence on the big day, ensuring every detail unfolds with elegance and ease.
Didier

Operations & Event Director – Dream Paris Wedding Barcelona
With more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality and weddings, Didier brings extensive expertise in high-end events, international clientele, and operational management.
He built his career across prestigious restaurants and renowned 5-star hotel groups in France, the UK, and Switzerland, including the iconic Concorde Hotels Paris and InterContinental Hotels Group. He later became General Manager of the 5-star Crowne Plaza Toulouse, overseeing a team of nearly 100 employees.
Didier also owned and managed his own private wedding estate in France for more than 10 years, specializing in luxury weddings and exclusive events, which gave him strong hands-on expertise in both wedding operations and guest experience.
Now based in Barcelona, Spain, Didier oversees operations and event coordination for Dream Paris Wedding’s Barcelona branch. Fluent in French and English, and also speaking Spanish and German, he is dedicated to creating seamless, elegant, and highly personalized experiences for our international clientele.
